As an artist, I am always in contact with art, stories, and quotes from other artists. I love to think about and write about other styles far different from mine.
Beauty should not necessarily be viewed as suspect, but it is important to consider that beauty can be subjective and that it is often culturally and socially constructed.
What is considered beautiful can vary greatly from one culture to another, and within a single culture, beauty standards can change over time.
Additionally, societal expectations around beauty can be harmful, as they can create pressure for people to conform to certain standards and can lead to body shaming, low self-esteem, and other negative consequences.
It is important to recognize that beauty is not the only measure of worth and that people of all shapes, sizes and appearances are valuable and deserving of respect.
It is also important to challenge societal expectations and standards of beauty, rather than blindly accepting them.

By thinking about art.
Beauty can be a subjective and complex concept.
Some people may be fans of art that are traditionally considered “beautiful,” such as art that is pleasing to the eye, harmonious, or aesthetically pleasing.
Others may be more interested in art that challenges traditional notions of beauty and provokes thought or emotion.
Artistic beauty can also be influenced by the context in which it is viewed, such as the cultural and historical background of the viewer.
What one person may consider beautiful may not be viewed as such by someone else.
As more you are in contact with art, the more you appreciate it.
Art, like beauty, is subjective and there is no one “correct” way to evaluate it.
